It is very simple to join 'Become an Affilate' program. Once you create Fashion Application account, you are already an affiliate. Only one further step to go, you need to select one of Affiliate program to become active affiliate.

Update your profile by selecting one of available Programs.
Bokfi approval subject to conditions.

We appreciate your interest in Fashion Application (FAP). It provides a plateform for Tailors, Fabric, Apparel, Accessories and Trims Suppliers. Due to diverse nature of internet and related technologies and optimization of Business sometimes updates will be inviteable and additional terms may apply as well.

Such additional terms will always apply to relevant Services and remain unless specified. Our terms will apply to all available services and considered as part of your agreement with us during services usage.

Fashion Application (FAP) Services and Information Usage

Don't claim any intellectual property ownership rights in our services or contents.
Don't copy or use contents, branding, images or logos and our services information without prior permission from owner/permitted by law.
Don't Misuse our service.
We may Suspend or Block our Services/Plateform in case found non compliance issue with our terms and policies.
Contents, Images, Logos, Brands, Services, Commitments,Information Offered and Promised by Service Providers from our Plateform are under their ownership and should not be copied without their permission from our Plateform.
Contents owned and displayed by Service Providers through FAP does not belong to us and those content are their sole responsibility. We may review such content for legal aspects or policy violation, but still that does not necessarily mean that we review content.

FAP Profiles

You will be required to create and activate FAP account to perform transactions for FAP and Service Providers offering Services over FAP.
FAP may disable temporarily or block your account permenently depending upon the conditions by FAP or Law.
You are advised to keep your account password confidential to protect your account and transaction information from non permitted access.
You are fully responisble for the activity through your FAP account.

Your Contents

Our Services provide option to upload, share and recive content by Service Providers, Suppliers, and Customers. This is all yours only.

You authorize and give FAP a global license to host, use, reproduce, modify, enhance, useful & productive, meaningful, publish, display and distribute all contents uploaded, shared, and recived by you over FAP.
When we say FAP it means FAP and all others who have any deal, contract, agreement to work with FAP.
Even you stop using FAP Services the license granted to FAP still effective.

FAP Services

We constantly work to change, enhance, and optimize our Services.
We constantly work to add or remove functionalities or features
We may suspend or stop a Service altogether

Liability for our Services

FAP, and Service Providers and Suppliers, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of FAP, and its Service Providers and Suppliers, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid for the Services or Product (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Services or Product again).
In all cases, FAP, and its Service Providers and Suppliers, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable
We recognize that in some countries, you might have legal rights as a consumer. If you are using the Services for a personal purpose, then nothing in these terms or any additional terms limits any consumer legal rights which may not be waived by contract

Service Providers and Suppliers (Business or Individual)

Use of FAP services to provide a service or sell a product on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms
It will hold harmless and indemnify FAP and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees
